Christchurch Hospital Acute Services Building is a 62,000 square metre project adjoining the Christchurch Women's Hospital. The new facility includes an emergency department, operating theatres, an intensive care unit expansion, children's facilities, radiology department and rooftop helipad.

#The project

VAE provided drafting in Revit using Navisworks clash detection to coordinate mechanical services with other trades. The site design was reviewed by VAE engineers to ensure buildability and efficient on-site logistics. Project management, site management, quality management, safety management and commissioning were all performed to VAE's international standards.
