As Design Manager for VAE Group, Craig Pinder not only has the REPQ qualification to undertake this role, but also has the depth of experience to interpret the requirements of the Code.

NABERS
NABERS is a performance-based rating system for existing buildings. NABERS rates a building on the basis of its measured operational impacts on the environment, and provides a simple indication of how well you are managing these environmental impacts compared with your peers and neighbours. From 1st July 2010, all office buildings over 2,000 m2 are now required to disclose their NABERS rating if offering space to the rental market. A NABERS rating can be obtained as a result of an audit by a NABERS accredited assessor. VAE Group offers NABERS assessments as part of our service and have staff who are qualified assessors. If re-engineering the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services will assist you in improving your NABERS rating, we have the expertise and qualifications to assist you.
