Located in the revitalised CBD, the nine-story commercial office building comprises 7000 square metres. Ergon Energy is the leading electricity provider for homes and businesses in regional Queensland. VAE Group worked with Hutchinson builders to deliver a 4.5 NABERS energy rating and 5 Star Green Star rating on the project at the most economical rate.
